Pre-deployment Support

Identifying and providing fund, cost, organizational, and other data timely to GFEBS to support creation and maintenance of Navy Medicine Master Data requirements; Standardizing user roles and responsibilities across the enterprise;

Providing transition support directly related to the migration to GFEBS (e.g. requirements/discovery, processes and policy changes, and coordination with partner system owners. Working with DFAS to analyze changes and complete actions to accomplish system and business process changes of entitlement systems; Validating trading partner data exchange; Performing data conversion activities; Analyzing and coordinating system changes and interfaces to meet unique requirements for Navy TI 17 funds that may be migrated to GFEBS. Conduct pre-deployment and post-deployment data validation including reconciliation of transaction universe data, trial balances and beginning balances for general ledger accounts

Deployment Support

Assisting in resolving of issues encountered by end users relating to systems understanding, incorrect systems data, or any other system related issues.

Post-Deployment Support

Coordinating with Army and ASD (HA) to implement new Master Data requirements and business process standardization across the Military Health System; and Conduct post-deployment data validation including reconciliation of transaction universe data, trial balances and beginning balances for general ledger accounts.
